Cozy scent

The snow has reached us.. unfortunately we still had fall chores to do, so had to get them done today while the snow was still minimal.  After a day of working outside, there's nothing better then coming inside to a cozy smelling home, and the scent Christmas cottage by Scentsy does just that!  It makes me think cinnamon and cranberries, maybe stringing popcorn and cranberries for the Christmas tree while drinking hot chocolate with a sprinkle of cinnamon in it like my aunt used to do for us... Sure it is only Oct, but I am a believer that it is never too early to make your home feel Christmas-ey.

Snow...berry

Many of my dear friends are officially getting their first snowfall today, but somehow we have managed to avoid it. (so far)  So I decided to partake in the "snow" in a different way, by putting snowberry in my scentsy warmer.  I do find this one to be quite strong, so I only burn this scent in a very open room to fully enjoy it.  It reminds me of a crisp fruity perfume, with a hint of warmth.. Scentsy describes it as "A luscious blend of loganberry, strawberry, peppermint, and zesty cinnamon."

Scenterific...

Well my Scentsy purchases just became even easier, as my sister-in-law is now an Escential consultant! So on her behalf, I will start a "what I am burning and what I'm burning it in" section on my blog.  I've been using the product for almost 2 years now, and think it is wonderful.  The burners are beautiful, with a wide variety to suit anyones taste (even men), and the bars (the wax which is melted in the warmers via heat from a light bulb) has soooo many incredible scents for whatever season/mood you are in.

Right now I currently own 2 warmers, which is more then enough to spread the lovely scents throughout the top floor of my house.

The bar I currently have in both warmers (just because I enjoy it so much...) is Black Ruby.  I would describe it as fruity meets woodsy, Scentsy describes it as "Juicy plum, black cherry, and sparkling persimmon, with untamed vanilla — a luminous, deep fragrance."
